The Ministry of Home Affairs O.M.No. 6/7/59 – Ests (A)., dated 7th February, 1961, on the subject mentioned above, and to say that in partial modification of para 1 of the aforesaid O.M., the LTC claims of the Government servants for journey by bus between places not connected by rail, shall be regulated in accordance with (A) and (B) against Item No. 11 of the Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure) Office Memorandum No. F. 19030/1/73-E. IV (BX, dated 2.7.1975.

In so far as personnel serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department are concerned, this Audit and Accounts Department are concerned, this orders issue in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
